Needed a case for a project, ended up spending more time on the case than the project, so Im publishing in case someone needs it.
Added a slot for some one of those micro sd extensions, stole that design and adjusted it so it press fits. Still no screws needed! Those little tabs keep the sides of the case from bowing out.
This is for the Uno clones that have the fullsize usb-B ports, IMPORTANT: you have to clip off the excess on the pins on the header a bit so they dont short out to the massive usb port. If I space the header up enough to clear, it doesnt always make good contact with the Uno
Every Thursday is #3dthursday here at Adafruit! The DIY 3D printing community has passion and dedication for making solid objects from digital models. Recently, we have noticed electronics projects integrated with 3D printed enclosures, brackets, and sculptures, so each Thursday we celebrate and highlight these bold pioneers!
Have you considered building a 3D project around an Arduino or other microcontroller? How about printing a bracket to mount your Raspberry Pi to the back of your HD monitor? And don’t forget the countless LED projects that are possible when you are modeling your projects in 3D!
Have an amazing project to share? The Electronics Show and Tell is every Wednesday at 7:30pm ET! To join, head over to YouTube and check out the show’s live chat and our Discord!
