In this mini-doc on Callum James Main, Callum puts together a video essay collecting his thoughts on the genre and its unique expression as found in Japanese underground cinema, through films like Tetsuo, Crazy Thunder Road, and Death Powder).
The video was done by Callum as his final evaluation for his “Media in Japan” class at Doshisha University.
