Making The World’s Smallest NES With REAL Nintendo Hardware #TinyTendo
This is not an emulator. This build uses actual PPU and CPU from the NES console.
A couple months back we learned about a Saturn modded into a handheld. I guess the TinyTendo wanted to prove that Nintendoes?
The TinyTendo required some literal hacking to get the chips down to size. YouTuber Macho Nacho Productions gets into all the details
This is the smallest REAL Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in the world, and it was created by Redherring32. This totally custom, open-source project uses a pair of real NES PPU and CPU, but they have been shrunken by unconventional means with some truly incredible results. This is TinyTendo, a REAL portable NES. And it’s amazing!
