The Great Search: Single channel 3V to 5V level shifter #TheGreatSearch #digikey @DigiKey @adafruit

(Video) On our new Prop-Maker Feather, we like to do a ‘favor’ to our users by level shifting the NeoPixel signal from 3.3V to 5V. We don’t always need this but some NeoPixel chipsets are a little finicky about the levels, especially if you have a 5.5V or 6V power line on the NeoPixels.

We’ll use a single buffer, and it needs to be small, so we’d like a tiny package. We’ll also review the 74 series logic family to verify what series we want to filter out when we search on DigiKey for this part.
