Check out this neat video from Eater that shows an inside look at one of NYC’s cocktail bars top ice suppliers, Hundredweight Big Ice which is located in the Dutch Kills section of Queens. Company owner Richard Boccato has a long and reputable career in New York’s cocktail bar scene (Little Branch, Milk & Honey, Dutch Kills).
