Ben Ryves was unhappy that his Z80 + CPM 3 computer build did not address the most of the 128k memory onboard. Time for some hacking:
I added 11K of RAM to the Transient Program Area on my Z80 computer (49K to 60K) with a single NAND gate chip.
Above $E000 is 8K shared memory with lower 56KB memory selectable between two banks. I’ve always used a 128K SRAM but previously tied A16 low, this is much less wasteful!
