Synthesizer craftsperson Love Hultén has created a wonderful new synthesizer/ferrofluid music visualizer:
Hultén is a master of rehousing commercial synthesizers, such as the KORG minlogue xd used here, into gorgeous handmade wooden enclosures, often combining multiple instruments under one hood. This build adds a Source Audio Collider delay + reverb pedal to the signal chain and then puts the black goo front and center, by adding a hypnotic, vaguely threatening porthole filled with ferrofluid that dances to the beat.
Have an amazing project to share? The Electronics Show and Tell is every Wednesday at 7:30pm ET! To join, head over to YouTube and check out the show’s live chat and our Discord!
