Expandable organizer that screws together for secure transport. Blank design and screwdriver bit organizers provided.
This model was designed in order to organize a set of screwdriver bits after their original case broke.
The design consists of a top, middle, and bottom section. The middle sections are self-nesting–print as many as you need to organize your things.
Print was designed for printing without support material. Designed for my printer which prints approx. 0.2mm oversize. Orient the parts on the build plate with the flat surfaces down.
I’ve included design files for the original screwdriver bit organizer, as well as “blank” organizers that you can modify to your needs. STLs, STEPs, and original Autodesk Inventor 2024 files provided.

Every Thursday is #3dthursday here at Adafruit! The DIY 3D printing community has passion and dedication for making solid objects from digital models. Recently, we have noticed electronics projects integrated with 3D printed enclosures, brackets, and sculptures, so each Thursday we celebrate and highlight these bold pioneers!
Have you considered building a 3D project around an Arduino or other microcontroller? How about printing a bracket to mount your Raspberry Pi to the back of your HD monitor? And don’t forget the countless LED projects that are possible when you are modeling your projects in 3D!
