Making a custom Lite Brite using a Matrix Portal, and it plays Tetris
tekavou on Reddit has made a multicolored pixel “Lite Brite” like display using an Adafruit MatrixPortal. As a demo, they made a Tetris game for the device, programmed in CircuitPython.
Hey all, I picked up a Matrix Portal in order to build a custom Lite Brite. I created a custom 3d printed grid to hold the pegs (it even works with the Lite Brite sheets). The original idea was to animate my kids’ creations, next thing I know I have Tetris working on it.
