DS4420 I2C audio volume controller.

We started this breakout for the DS4420 (https://blog.adafruit.com/2021/01/15/ds2240-qt-breakout-routing-timelapse/) I2C-controllable audio volume chip. We got it working but noticed late that it’s a 5V-power-only chip and shouldn’t be run from 3.3V. Then the parts shortage hit hard, and we couldn’t get more samples, so it went on hiatus! But now we’re about to get tons of DS4420 chips (https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/analog-devices-inc-maxim-integrated/DS4420N/1769257) – so we’re respinning it. This time with an AP3602 switched-capacitor booster (https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/adafruit-industries-llc/3661/7915572) to give a nice 5V power rail. Coming soon.
