It’s not easy to find manufacturing content in the sea of videos on TikTok, but this one came up on my for you page and was kinda interesting –
“They make around 1,000 iMacs on average per day. The process of an iMac takes around 1 hour to manufacture, but takes around 6 hours of testing.”
I’m sure Apple is working a few angles with popular TikTok content creators / influencers – would like to see more of this. I’m guessing the video was made here? “Apple’s new Mac Pro to be made in Texas” – It’s the Mac Pro, but maybe they’re doing some iMac in Texas, anyone know?
