Three Garmin SmartWatch Apps for Biohacking Health
Garmin devices are known for their reliability in recording sports activities. Between 2015 and 2016 Garmin’s share of the smartwatch market surged from 2% to 21% in a single year. Now there are significant signs of expansion in their app store. Three biohacking themed apps that are now available for Garmin devices are:
Breathe – A simple breathing exercise to help you stay calm. Every cycle gives you guided breathing sessions to help relieve stress. With settings to control the breathe timing/hold timing.
Meditate – Meditate is a simple meditation timer. You can adjust the duration of your meditation session by tapping the screen and start the timer by pressing the right button.
Sleep – Measure your sleep with your heart with HR Sleep.
