For me nothing hits the spot quite like a popsicle with a citrus punch on a hot summer day. When I really want to treat myself I reach (or head out) for ice cream, ideally in a sandwich or cone. Turns out humans have been reaching for cold desserts for centuries! Learn more from TED-Ed on YouTube:
